VICTORY!!! On Tuesday, August 12, Joe Cassilly, the Maryland State's Attorney in Harford County, dropped all charges that were filed against the 18 PRO-LIFERS who were illegally arrested for peacefully holding FACE THE TRUTH TOUR signs along Route 24 in Bel Air, Maryland last Friday, August 1. This is GREAT NEWS, especially 
for the ten teenagers who were among those arrested.
Thanks to all of you who stormed heaven with prayers for those who were arrested, for those who were involved in the decision to arrest them, and for our State officials.
What happened on August 1st is almost unbelievable, that 18 persons who were peaceably assembled on public property out 
of harm's way were arrested without any warning and without being told what the charges against them were. None of those arrested were read their rights. Only a few were allowed to make a single phone call.
This decision by the State of Maryland to drop the charges shows that our side of the story was the true story. There were no traffic jams. There were no people running in and out of traffic. There was no refusal to 
disperse. They plainly and simply violated our First Amendment rights!
I'm keeping a summary of links to articles and blog posts about the arrests of the Face the Truth Tour participants in Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland on Friday August 1st. I was participating in the sign-holding and witnessed everything, including capturing some of the arrests on my camera
(see photos). I miraculously walked away without being arrested and immediately began making phone calls to get help for these great pro-life warriors!
Everyone was released by 10:45 Saturday morning and charged with various alleged offenses.

I heard both your radio interviews today. I wasn't near a radio, but I needed to use the internet at the Library, and when I saw Jack's general e-mail with the info, I made a point of listening to the two interviews on the internet.
I'm glad you're getting coverage because people will come forward with help and ideas, perhaps THE idea that will fix the whole thing.
You said it saddened you that many people didn't have a reaction to the signs. Joe, of course they reacted, that's why you all got arrested. In fact, they pursued you to get you all out of there and cut that out. Trust me, you were all very successful or it would not have been necessary to pursue you to silence you. The Truth is too much for some people.
This incident is not different from many incidents that occur in this country because the protest of abortion has required the exercise of constitutional rights, which law enforcement has violated time and again, siding with the abortion industry. There’s a definite agenda there.
This issue of abortion exposed that about law enforcement, and it's important to know. A lot of countries have problems with corruption in law enforcement, but the United States was thought to be different, or at least the corruption was not so rampant. We have such problems too, though. In fact, if we fix law enforcement’s enforcement of the law, and lawmakers making of the law, this will help overturn abortion, because the legalization of abortion came about as a result of corruption to begin with. No just judge would have decided as was the case in Roe v. Wade and with Norma McCorvey’s amicus brief at the Supreme Court, if there wasn’t judicial activism at work with a private agenda that is not consistent with the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence that says all men are created equal.
And keeping abortion legal -- and unhindered -- also requires corruption, ongoing. We need to fix corruption. Abortion has been with us longer than most of the women who enter abortion clinics have been alive – they don’t even remember a time when abortion was not legal. They have no clue as to the real harm they are doing, to themselves, as well as to their own child. They have no idea that it is a child they’re harming, and that they’re mothers.
There is a solution available that can be a pivotal force for eradication of this error. My federal complaint at Justice eradicates abortion because it eradicates corruption. That’s really what we’re fighting – the end of morality. Abortion didn’t happen overnight, a lot of good was discarded before we accepted abortion as a nation so that it even became legal, and not only that, but for any reason.
My complaint will have a retroactive effect of correcting thinking as well as acting. All the cases that went like August 1's arrests, all the people that were wrongly arrested, wrongly convicted, have criminal records, and so forth, can use the handling of that federal complaint for justice, as the precedent cited in their arguments to have their files expunged, get exonerated, and clean up this country. And even better than that: No one will ever have to protest legalized abortion when doing that is an offense to morality because abortion is so obviously wrong.
No human being could have orchestrated the components of that complaint to come together the way they did so as to have such a far-reaching and comprehensive effect on this country, its society and its laws. That is something only God could have done.
And so I am putting the information for my site under my signature so that people can become aware of this complaint if you choose to post the blog. My site is not just another pro-life site – it’s about a complaint with the potential to eradicate abortion in all its roots, and correct the harm that it has done to the innocent by virtue of changing the future. It is the pro-life initiative of all pro-life initiatives, halving the bad fruit from the bad tree, as it were, to reveal the reality, all of it. And only the Truth will set us free.
You’re right to make that incident known. Revealing the Truth is very effective in eradicating wrong, as I’m sure Defend Life is already aware, given the “Face the Truth Tours”.
I thank you personally for your courage and for speaking up, for your efforts with the vaccine, and for all your work at DefendLife. Jack Ames needs people like you. Speaking the truth is a good part of readying a people, an entire nation, to accept the truth and change what needs to be changed. If we do not, we will be overwhelmed by evil and darkness. Our constitutional rights and all the righteous benefits of our laws will be arbitrarily administered and respected, rather than with disinterest. At which point, we will lose our freedom, legally, and will have to put up and shut up. Because as you can see, that’s how they’re fighting the Truth, by silencing it.
